In addition to ANR's "Extreme Condition" declaration for ANR's Market Area (ML7) currently in effect per Notice ID 8444, the following actions will be taken in order to further preserve system integrity:
Requests for operational flexibility with regard to variable hourly flow rates will be denied. All shippers must adhere to the flow rates applicable to the rate schedule of their nominated contract. Nominations on FTS-3 and ETS contracts to Secondary delivery gates must flow at an even-hourly rate. In addition, no new ITS-3 nominations will be scheduled in the Market Area (ML7) until further notice. Any currently scheduled ITS-3 nominations must flow at their nominated approved flow profile.
These directives remain in effect and continue with gas day Thursday, December 28, 2017 and will continue until further notice. Based on current forecasts and operational conditions, it is anticipated that this notice will remain in effect through at least Wednesday's (January 3rd, 2018) gas day. ANR will continue to closely monitor all of ANR's market area and will advise if any further actions are deemed necessary or if this restriction can be lifted.
