Attention All ANR Shippers:
In addition to ANR's "Extreme Condition" declaration for ANR's Market Area (ML7) currently in effect per Notice ID 8440, the following actions will be taken in order to further preserve system integrity for the state of Wisconsin.
Requests for Interruptible and Overrun delivery service on Rate Schedules ITS, ITS-3 & IPLS, thru Sandwich Northbound, Loc Id 359925 and Crystal Falls-Fortune LK, Loc Id 11661, WILL NOT be scheduled.
Requests for Firm Secondary delivery service on Rate Schedules ETS, FTS-1, TS-2, FTS-3, FTS-4, FTS-4L & STS thru Sandwich Northbound, Loc Id 359925, and Crystal Falls-Fortune LK, Loc Id 11661, WILL NOT be scheduled.
Additionally, all requests for delivery service under Rate Schedule FTS-3 must adhere to contractually specified hourly delivery limits supported by nominated contractual physical receipts.
ANR also wishes to clarify that it is NOT declaring an Operational Flow Order (OFO) at this time.
These directives are effective beginning with gas day Tuesday, December 26, 2017, Evening Cycle and will continue until further notice. For Gas Day December 26, 2017, incremental increases WILL NOT be scheduled and Interruptible services will be bumped.
ANR will continue to closely monitor all of ANR's market area and will advise if any further actions are deemed necessary.
