To All ANR Customers:
On October 17, 2017, pursuant to the requirements of Article IX of the settlement approved by FERC in RP16-440-000 ("Settlement"), ANR held its first annual meeting with its customers to discuss both planned capital expenditures for the upcoming year and to provide information regarding actual capital expenditures from the preceding year for Reliability and Modernization Projects. Specifically, this meeting updated customers on 2016 actual expenditures, actual expenditures for the first eight months of 2017 plus forecasted expenditures for the remaining four months of 2017 and estimated 2018 expenditures.
Examples of ANR's Reliability and Modernization Projects to date include executing on pipeline integrity projects, making strategic upgrades to specific stations and unit control panels, installation of remote monitoring units, replacing measurement hardware and the review of launchers and receivers to enable improved pigging capabilities. All of these projects enhance the efficiency, reliability and/or safety of ANR's system.

Presently ANR is on track to spend the $837 million by the end of 2018.
Pursuant to the Settlement, ANR's next annual update meeting will occur not fewer than thirty (30) days after ANR submits its 2017 FERC Form 2 to the Commission. ANR will notify customers of the date and time for the meeting as soon as it is scheduled.
