ANR Pipeline Company Notice of Force Majeure (Posted 10/27/17)

This is to notify all contracted parties of ANR Pipeline Company ("ANR") that pursuant to Section 6.7 of ANR's FERC Gas Tariff, ANR has declared a Force Majeure event in effect for natural gas transactions in its Southeast Southern Segment (Zone 2) due to unexpected and uncontrollable compressor repairs at its Jena and Delhi Compressor Stations located in Louisiana. ANR anticipates that this restriction will result in the capacity allocation reduction of Interruptible, Firm Secondary and likely a portion of the Firm Primary volumes for these locations. Additionally, customers may experience lower than normal line pressures south of the Jena and Delhi Compressor Stations.
The Force Majeure declaration during the outage will apply to services southbound through the Jena and Delhi Compressor Stations as listed below. The Reservation Charge Crediting Mechanism of Section 6.36.2 shall apply to this outage.
From October 27th at the Intraday #1 Cycle until further notice, the following locations will be limited as follows:
The following locations will be limited to a cumulative total of 625-MMcf/d.
