ANR Pipeline Company Notice of Force Majeure (Posted 10/16/17)
(See CN ID # 8357)

This is to notify all contracted parties of ANR Pipeline Company ("ANR") that pursuant to Section 6.7 of ANR's FERC Gas Tariff, ANR has declared a Force Majeure event in effect for natural gas transactions along its Southwest Mainline (Zones 5 & 6) due to unexpected compressor repairs at its Birmingham Compressor Station located in Van Buren County, Iowa. ANR anticipates that this restriction will result in the capacity allocation reduction of Interruptible, Firm Secondary and likely a portion of the Firm Primary volumes for these locations.

The total impact of this outage as listed below is a result of both planned and unplanned work (See ANR PSO #8338). The Reservation Charge Crediting Mechanism of Section 6.36.2 of ANR's FERC Gas Tariff shall only apply to the incremental capacity impact associated with the unexpected compressor repairs for this outage. The Force Majeure declaration during the outage will apply to services northbound through SWML Northbound (DRN#226630) as listed below.

From October 18th through 27th, the following locations will be limited as follows:

155-MMcf/d (leaving 544-MMcf/d) 10/18 - 10/27. Of this impact, 75-MMcf/d is due to unexpected compressor repairs and 80-MMcf/d is due to planned work.

The Estimated Impact to Firm Primary is as follows:

20% - Based on the Current Northbound Contracted MDQ.
17% - Based on the Current Net Northbound Shipper Nominations.

Updated notifications will be available on ANR's website at http://www.anrpl.com.
