Reservation of Capacity Posting
ANR Pipeline Company (ANR) filed a request for waiver of Part 6.3.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of ANR's FERC Gas Tariff, to allow ANR to reserve capacity for its Grand Chenier Expansion Project until September 14, 2018.
As of the date of this posting, none of this reserved capacity has been sold on a limited-term (interim) basis
that would otherwise be eligible for a right of first refusal. ANR will be making this capacity available for
sale on a limited term basis to the projected in-service date of the Project described above. Interim capacity
availability will be as follows:
- For the period around September 15, 2017 to the Project in service date of June 1, 2019: 700,000 Dth/d.
If any of this reserved capacity is sold on a limited-term basis that would otherwise be eligible for a right of
first refusal or if there are any material changes in the scope of the expansion project, ANR will update this
posting accordingly.
