ANR Pipeline Company Notice of Force Majeure (Posted 9/14/17)

This is to notify all contracted parties of ANR Pipeline Company ("ANR") that pursuant to Section 6.7 of ANR's FERC Gas Tariff, ANR has declared a Force Majeure event in effect for natural gas transactions in its Southeast Area (Zone 1) and Southeast Southern Segment (Zone 2) due to unexpected compressor repairs at its Jena Compressor Station located in Jena, Louisiana. ANR anticipates that this restriction will result in the capacity allocation reduction of Interruptible, Firm Secondary and likely a portion of the Firm Primary volumes for these locations. Additionally, customers may experience lower than normal line pressures south of the Jena and Eunice Compressor Stations.
The Force Majeure declaration during the outage will apply to services southbound through the Eunice and Jena Compressor Stations as listed below. The Reservation Charge Crediting Mechanism of Section 6.36.2 shall apply to this outage.
From September 19th through 24th, the following locations will be limited as follows:
The following three Eunice locations will be limited to a cumulative total of 825-MMcf/d.
Eunice Southbound (DRN # 226640)
Eunice Eastbound (DRN #226641)
Duralde Evangeline Interconnect Delivery (DRN #312115)
And the Jena Southbound (DRN #9505089) will be limited to 825-MMcf/d.
