Attention: All TransCanada U.S. Pipeline Customers,
With Tropical Storm Harvey expected to make landfall on the Texas Gulf Coast sometime on Friday, August 25, 2017 TransCanada, with safety in mind, has elected to run all Nominations and Scheduling operations remotely, this will be transparent to our customers. Scheduling Representatives will be available through our normal means of communication via scheduling hotline 800 #'s, email, instant message, or by calling your representative directly. We will have additional representatives available to support operations and our customers during the event.
We also have back-up locations outside of Houston staffed and ready to keep our daily operations running without interruption. Should the storm create widespread loss of power in the Houston area, Representatives will be deployed to maintain the highest level of service and commitment to our customers.
