Attention All ANR Shippers,
Effective for gas day 7/20/17 and until further notice, in order to preserve system integrity and to ensure that ANR is able to meet scheduled delivery commitments to all Market Area locations, ANR is requesting, in accordance with Part 6.6.4 of its FERC Gas Tariff, that all receipts and deliveries, excluding Firm Primary ETS and FTS-3 services and ITS-3 service, be at a uniform hourly flow rate in accordance with their scheduled quantity. Firm Primary ETS and FTS-3 shippers are required to flow at or below their contractual MHQ. ITS-3 services are required to flow at their scheduled hourly flow rate.
Requests for interruptible and overrun services, including ANR's hourly ITS-3 service, will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Scheduled flows for interruptible services excluding ITS-3 must also be at uniform hourly rate over a twenty-four-hour period. For ITS-3 service, the hourly flow rate will be the rate approved and scheduled in the nomination.
Requests for short-notice start-up will also be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any customers requesting short-notice start-up will be expected to provide corresponding supply into ANR at the requested start-up time.
As a reminder, The Projected Hourly Consumption Forecast (Burn Sheet) for the power plant operations is required to be submitted to ANR prior to any flow or flow changes.
To clarify, ANR is NOT declaring an Operational Flow Order (OFO) at this time. ANR will continue to monitor the system integrity closely and will update this posting as required.
