ANR Pipeline Company Notice of Force Majeure and Pipeline Class Location Upgrade Outage (Posted 4/18/17)

This is to notify all contracted parties of ANR Pipeline Company ("ANR") that pursuant to Section 6.7 of ANR's FERC Gas Tariff, ANR has declared a Force Majeure event in effect for all natural gas transactions on its Michigan Leg South segment as a result of a housing development along its 30 inch line in the town of Dyer, Indiana. In accordance with the requirements of Pipeline Hazardous Material and Safety Administration's ("PHMSA") regulations governing pipeline design, construction, operations and maintenance (49 CFR 192), ANR is required to replace a section of pipeline in Dyer, Indiana in order to maintain its certificated capacity and meet PHMSA's pipeline classification requirements along that location. ANR anticipates that this restriction will result in the inability to deliver a portion of the Firm Delivery Volumes in this segment. The Force Majeure declaration during the outage will apply to services west to east through the St. John Compressor Station. The Reservation Charge Crediting Mechanism of Section 6.36.2 shall apply to this outage.
ANR will reduce capacity along this segment as follows:
