March 9, 2017 Reservation of Capacity Posting
Pursuant to Section 6.3.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, ANR Pipeline Company (ANR) gives notice that Unsubscribed Capacity, as more fully described below, will be reserved for use in a future expansion of ANR's system. The Midwest Market Access Project (the "Project") is being proposed to construct and modify certain pipeline and compression equipment and other ancillary facilities to provide additional firm transportation service to parties wishing to transport natural gas volumes from receipt points along ANR's Southeast Mainline System between the REX Shelbyville Interconnect and Defiance, Ohio to delivery points in ANR's ML-7 rate zone. ANR originally held a non-binding open season in April 2015 to solicit interest in the Project. Subsequent customer interactions have indicated there is interest in proceeding with the Project with a proposed in-service date of November 1, 2020. ANR anticipates holding another open season in the near future to firm up Project Support.
ANR is reserving transportation capacity as more fully described below for the following segment:
LAGRANGE (E-W) - CFTP (Loc ID 314515): 134,167 Dth/day Summer Season only starting April 2021
MLN (NORTH END) - CFTP (Loc ID 226631): 120,000 Dth/day Winter Season only starting November 2020 MLS BRIDGMAN-SANDWICH (Loc ID 1293229) : 213,994 Dth/day Annual starting November 2020
As of the date of this posting, none of this reserved capacity has been sold on a limited-term (interim) basis that would otherwise be eligible for a right of first refusal. ANR will be making this capacity available for sale on a limited term basis starting from the date of this posting to the projected in-service date of the Project described above. If any of this reserved capacity is sold on a limited-term basis that would otherwise be eligible for a right of first refusal or if there are any material changes in the scope of the expansion project, ANR will update this posting accordingly. |
