ANR Pipeline Company Notice of Force Majeure. (Posted 2/14/17) (See CN ID # 8017)
This is to notify all interested parties that ANR Pipeline Company ("ANR") has determined it is required to shut in the Lebanon Lateral pipeline east of the Lebanon/Castine Interconnect, DRN #15378, in order to accommodate a DOT pipe replacement project on its facilities located in Darke County, Ohio. ANR has determined that such shut in is a force majeure event as described in Section 6.7 of ANR's FERC Gas Tariff ("Tariff"), and will result in its inability to carry out its obligations under its Tariff with respect to all natural gas transactions and services on its Lebanon Lateral segment other than as described below. Please reference Section 6.36 of ANR's FERC Gas Tariff for information regarding reservation charge credits as they relate to force majeure events.

For the period of April 25th through April 28th, ANR will schedule nominations from the Lebanon/Dominion Receipt Point, DRN # 1387755 and the Lebanon - Texas Eastern Receipt Point, DRN #28447, directly to the following Delivery Points:

Additionally, ANR will schedule nominations from its Southeast Mainline to the Lebanon/Glen Karn - TETCO Delivery Point, DRN #174721 and will be able to receive scheduled nominations from the Lebanon/Glen Karn Receipt Point, DRN #1389630, from Texas Eastern Transmission.
Any scheduled nominations through the Lebanon (E-W)-CFTP, DRN #288336, will be netted to zero.
