Attention All ANR Shippers:

In addition to the items indicated below per Notice ID 7956, due to the extreme predicted cold weather and to maintain system reliability, Effective for gas day Sunday, December 18, 2016, ANRPL will Not Schedule Interruptible and Overrun transportation deliveries North of the Sandwich Compressor Station. Impacted services are Rate Schedule ITS, ITS-3, All Firm Rate Schedules nominated as "Overrun" and MBS withdrawals delivering North of the Sandwich Compressor Station. MBS deliveries into ANRPL Storage will continue to be scheduled.


Provisions of Notice ID 7956 currently in effect:

Current weather forecasts for all of ANRPL's market area (ML7) continue to project temperatures near & below zero degrees Fahrenheit continuing into next week. In order to preserve system integrity, ANR is, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions declaring an "Extreme Condition" as that term is defined in ANR's FERC Gas Tariff (Part 6.1) which will lower the Swing Percentage from 10% to 5 % (Part 6.1).

In addition, ANR is also not allowing any "Unauthorized Overrun" under Rate Schedules FTS-1, FTS-2, FTS-3, FTS-4, FTS-4L, STS and ETS. Please refer to ANR's FERC Gas Tariff under each rate schedule for further detail.

ANR is also requesting, in accordance with Part 6.6.4, of its FERC Gas Tariff that all receipts and deliveries, excluding ETS and FTS-3 services, to be at a uniform hourly flow rate over a twenty four hour period. ETS and FTS-3 shippers are required to be at an hourly flow of 1/16th or MHQ respectively.

Requests for interruptible and overrun services including ANR's hourly ITS-3 service will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Scheduled flows for these interruptible services must also be at a uniform hourly rate over a twenty four hour period or for ITS-3 service the hourly flow rate will be the rate approved and scheduled in the nomination.

ANR is also reminding all MBS shippers that volumes that are not within operating tolerances and are not at a uniform hourly flow rate of 1/24th of scheduled nominations will not be permitted.

ANR also wishes to clarify that it is NOT declaring an Operational Flow Order (OFO) at this time.

These directives are currently in effect beginning with gas day Thursday, December 15, 2016 and will continue through gas day Tuesday, December 20, 2016.

ANR will continue to closely monitor all of ANR's market area and will advise if any further actions are deemed necessary.
