Reservation of Capacity Posting
Pursuant to Section 6.3.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, ANR Pipeline Company (ANR) gives notice that Unsubscribed Capacity, as more fully described below, will be reserved for use in a future expansion of ANR's system. The Grand Chenier Expansion Project (the "Project") is being proposed to modify its natural gas transportation facilities to offer up to 700,000 Dth per day of firm transportation service with receipt from ANR's Southeast Head Station to a new delivery point to be located at or near ANR's Grand Chenier Compressor Station ("GC Delivery Point"). The estimated Project in-service date is June 1, 2019. ANR has executed a binding precedent agreement with an Anchor Shipper that provides ANR sufficient support to move forward with the Project.
ANR is reserving annual transportation capacity as more fully described below for the following segment:
700,000 Dth/day EUNICE TO GRAND CHENIER (LOC ID 226640)
As of the date of this posting, none of this reserved capacity has been sold on a limited-term (interim) basis that would otherwise be eligible for a right of first refusal. ANR will be making this capacity available for sale on a limited term basis to the projected in-service date of the Project described above. Interim capacity availability will be as follows:
- For the period of November 1, 2016 to around June 1, 2017: 235,000 Dth/d
- For the period around June 1, 2017 to the Project in service date of June 1, 2019: 700,000 Dth/d.
If any of this reserved capacity is sold on a limited-term basis that would otherwise be eligible for a right of first refusal or if there are any material changes in the scope of the expansion project, ANR will update this posting accordingly.
