Attn: All GEMS Users
TransCanada US Pipelines experienced an unplanned network wide outage at approx. 6pm CST on Wednesday 5/25/2016. No users had access to the GEMS transactional system and Nomination cycles were unable to be processed by the NAESB deadlines.
Operator Confirmation variances for gas day 5/26 thru the Evening cycle should be addressed using the remaining Intraday cycles.
Operator Confirmation variances for gas day 5/25 not captured thru ID3 will be addressed by the ANR Noms & Scheduling team throughout the day on 5/26.
Note that allocated and measured information may not be completely updated or restored within GEMS until Friday morning on 5/27/2106.
