Subject: Citrix security certificate for ANR GEMS

The Citrix security certificate for ANR will be upgraded to SHA-2 tonight, March 30, during the regular maintenance period between 10:00p and 2:00a.

Users whose computers are using older versions of Citrix may have to upgrade to the latest version of Citrix Receiver in order to access the GEMS and PDA Rules applications.

The latest version of Citrix Receiver can be downloaded and installed from this website:

https://www.citrix.com/go/receiver.html

If the download is necessary, users should enlist the help of their IT department resources, to be certain the proper configuration options for their organization are preserved during installation.
