Beginning March 31 and April 1 ANR Pipeline Company will be adhering to the new Cycles and Deadlines set forth in FERC Order 809 and NAESB 3.0 Standards as shown below. Please contact a scheduling representative with any questions at (800) 827-5267.
The new Nomination and Scheduled Qty Timelines are as follows:
Timely Nom Deadline 1:00PM Timely Scheduled Qty issued 5:00PM
Evening Nom Deadline 6:00PM Evening Scheduled Qty issued 9:00PM
Intraday 1 Nom Deadline 10:00AM Intraday 1 Scheduled Qty issued 1:00PM
Intraday 2 Nom Deadline 2:30PM Intraday 2 Scheduled Qty issued 5:30PM
Intraday 3 Nom Deadline 7:00PM Intraday 3 Scheduled Qty issued 10:00PM
Additionally effective April 1 ANR's Late Intraday Cycle will no longer be in effect while ANR's Morning and Last Intraday Cycles remain as follows:
Morning Nom Deadline 7:00AM Morning Scheduled Qty issued 9:00AM
Last Intraday Nom Deadline 3:00AM Last Intraday Scheduled Qty issued 5:00AM

The new Capacity Release Timelines are as follows:
For Biddable Releases of 1 year or less: Offers tendered such that they can be posted by 9:00AM Open Season ends at 10:00AM If no match is required, Awards posted by 11:00 AM Where match is required, Awards posted by 12:00 Noon
For Biddable Releases of more than 1 year: Offers tendered such that they can be posted by 9:00AM Open Season ends at 10:00AM of the third consecutive business day If no match is required, Awards posted by 11:00 AM Where match is required, Awards posted by 12:00 Noon
For Non-biddable Releases: The posting of prearranged deals that are not subject to bid are due no later than one hour prior to the nom deadline for the applicable cycle. Posting deadlines are: Timely Cycle: 12:00 Noon Evening Cycle: 5:00PM Intraday 1 Cycle: 9:00AM Intraday 2 Cycle: 1:30PM Intraday 3 Cycle: 6:00PM
