Notification of Gas Sale and Request for Bids
ANR Pipeline Company ("ANR") will accept bids from qualified parties for gas that ANR intends to sell for operational purposes. The sale of the gas will be made according to the terms and conditions of a gas sales contract prepared by ANR ("NAESB Form") and executed by ANR and the successful bidder(s). Parties interested in buying gas from ANR must have executed a NAESB Form with ANR before a bid is made. ANR reserves the right to reject bids that contain special credit terms or provisions.
ANR offers 43,120 Dth for sale commencing January 1, 2016 or later and ending on January 31, 2016. Delivery and title transfer of the gas will occur at ANR Pipeline Storage (via infield transfer only) on a firm basis. Other mutually agreed upon points may be considered on an interruptible basis. Gas may be delivered on a single day or multiple days as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Acceptable bids must be quoted as a basis relative to Henry Hub or as a fixed price and submitted on the attached bid form. ANR will evaluate the bids and shall award such sale to the party or combination of parties with the highest price to ANR calculated on a per Dth basis, provided that ANR determines the delivery point(s) to be operationally acceptable. ANR reserves the right to withdraw its request for bids. ANR further reserves the right to reject, at its sole discretion, any bids which are not complete, which contain modifications to the terms of this posting or contain terms or points that are operationally unacceptable.
Interested parties should complete the attached "Sale of Gas Bid Form" and return it, via e-mail to ANRMarketing@transcanada.com no later than 10:00 AM CST on December 29, 2015. Any questions regarding this posting should be directed to the parties listed below.
