ANR Pipeline Company Notice of Force Majeure and Pipeline Replacement Outage (Posted 10/8/15) (See CN ID # 7564).
This is to notify all contracted parties of ANR Pipeline Company (ANR) that pursuant to Section 6.7 of ANRs FERC Gas Tariff, ANR has declared a Force Majeure event in effect for all natural gas transactions on its Michigan Leg North (South-End) segment on its 30 inch pipeline north of the Bridgman Compressor Station. ANR is required to shut down this section of pipeline in order to effectuate unexpected repairs north of the Bridgman Compressor Station. ANR anticipates that this restriction may result in the inability to deliver a portion of the Firm Delivery Volumes in this segment. The Force Majeure declaration during the outage will apply to services northbound through the Michigan Leg North (South-End). The Reservation Charge Crediting Mechanism of Section 6.36.2 shall apply to this outage.
ANR will reduce capacity along this segment as follows:

Northbound: 1,132-MMcf/d (leaving 502-MMcf/d available) 11/3 - 11/11
