Reservation of Capacity Posting
Pursuant to Section 6.3.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, ANR Pipeline Company (ANR) gives notice that 81,000 dth per day of Unsubscribed Capacity, as more fully described below will be reserved for use in a future expansion of ANRs system. The Iowa Fertilizer Project (the Project) is being proposed to construct connecting facilities within the state of Iowa to provide firm transportation service to a fertilizer production plant proposed by the Iowa Fertilizer Company (IFCo). The estimated Project in-service date is February 1, 2016. ANR held an open season for the Project in 2013.
ANR is reserving annual transportation capacity as more fully described below for the following segments:
81,000-Dth/d from the SW Headstation through the SW Mainline-CFTP (Loc ID 226630) to a point located in Lee County, Iowa, at or near Milepost 8.0 on Line 382 near the Wever meter station (Loc ID 4732)
As of the date of this posting, none of this reserved capacity has been sold on a limited-term (interim) basis that would otherwise be eligible for a right of first refusal. ANR will be making this capacity available for sale on a limited term basis starting from the date of this posting to the projected in-service date of the Project described below. If any of this reserved capacity is sold on a limited-term basis that would otherwise be eligible for a right of first refusal, ANR will update this posting accordingly. |
