Re: Hydrocarbon Dew Point (HDP) Limit - July 2015
Southeast Area and Mainline: The owners and/or operators of the processing plants that service ANR's Southeast Area have informed ANR that processing economics have become marginal, however based on their current analysis of processing economics for the month of July 2015; some will process gas absent the issuance of a gas quality requirement by ANR.
Based upon the preliminary forecast and ANR's review of its current operations in the Southeast Area of its system, ANR has determined that it will not be necessary to issue a Hydrocarbon Dew Point limitation in the Southeast Area in order to provide safe and reliable service for the month of July 2015.
ANR will continue to evaluate its operational requirements and will post any revisions via GEMS if conditions should change.
Southwest Area: Based upon ANR's review of its current operations and the HDP levels in the Southwest Area of its system, ANR plans to continue with its HDP limitation in the Gageby Creek Area only as outlined in the detail below. No further HDP limitations are anticipated in the Southwest Area of the ANR system at this time in order to provide safe and reliable service for the month of July 2015.
Due to high HDP levels in the Gageby Creek Area, ANR is unable to meet delivery obligations, and assure that gas is accepted for delivery. Accordingly, Per ANR's FERC GAS TARIFF General Terms and Conditions, Section 6.13.3, ANR is establishing an HDP limit of 40 degrees Fahrenheit for the following receipt points:
Mendota Int (251261) Hobart 10 Inch Receipt (384133) Seminole Trunk 482-0801 (261337) Wheeler Hidetown (490942) Seminole-Trunk 493-0802 (261341) Red River (Rec) Int (185837) Stiles Ranch (924936) Seminole S Wheeler (261340) Palo Duro (438677) Wheeler State Line/Trnsk (174539)
Gas receipts into the Gageby Creek Area must not have an HDP higher than 40 degrees Fahrenheit. This restriction will remain in effect until further notice. Failure to meet the established HDP limit may result in curtailment of the flowing gas and/or immediate shut-in of the out of specification point.
ANR will continue to evaluate its operational requirements and will post any revisions via GEMS if conditions should change.
