UPDATED: FORCE MAJEURE ANR Pipeline Company - Lease Emerson Via Crystal Falls Updated: (9/24/25)

ANR is extending the Force Majure through 10/4/25 (previously 9/28/25).

This is to notify all contracted parties of ANR Pipeline Company ("ANR") that pursuant to Section 6.7 of ANR's FERC Gas Tariff, ANR has declared a Force Majeure event in effect for natural gas transactions at the Lease Emerson Via Crystal Falls receipt point (LOC #505565) due to an upstream event impacting ANR's leased capacity on Great Lakes Gas Transmission ("GLGT").

Effective 9/10 - 10/4 (previously 9/28), capacity will be reduced as follows:

Lease Emerson Via Crystal Falls (LOC #505565): Capacity will match scheduled volumes on GLGT

This posting will be updated as further information becomes available.

ANR anticipates this posting may result in Firm Primary, Firm Secondary and Interruptible curtailments, including impacts to previously scheduled firm capacity on the intraday. Estimated impact to Firm Primary as follows:

Any reservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 6.36 of ANR's FERC Gas Tariff ("Tariff"). However, ANR will only issue RCCs if ANR is unable to schedule and deliver primary firm nominated capacity as a result of the outage. In the event RCCs are issued as set forth in the Tariff, shippers will receive RCCs based on its 7-day Force Majeure Average Usage Quantity, as defined in Section 6.36.2(a) of ANR's Tariff, less any scheduled quantities on the contract.
