ANR Pipeline is pleased to announce that TC eConnects, our new transactional system, is now live and ready for October 1st business transactions. As of today, September 22, 2025, you can access TC eConnects at: https://ebb.tceconnects.com. To access the new system, select the "Logon" dropdown at the top of the screen and click "Launch TC eConnects."
Access Requirements
A new Electronic Contracting Agreement (ECA) is required for the Customer Activities Website. If you have not completed your new ECA, please contact USEBBSecurity@tcenergy.com.
Transition Period Notice
Given TC eConnects' October 1st implementation date for all business transactions, there will be a brief overlapping period during which you will continue using Customer Activities (CA)/GEMS to complete September business and Prior Period Adjustments. Invoices for production periods prior to October 1, 2025, will be issued through the ANR GEMS application. Invoicing for October 1, 2025, production forward will be generated by TC eConnects. The key determining factor for which system generates your invoice is the production date, not the invoice date. Any production period activity before October 1, 2025, will result in a GEMS invoice, regardless of when that invoice is actually issued. During the overlapping period, you will need to check both applications for invoices.
