ANR Pipeline's New Transactional System - Critical Action Items Required
ANR Pipeline would like to inform customers that it's on target to implement its new transactional system, TC eConnects, for October 1st business.
Beginning September 22, 2025, you can copy and paste to your browser the following system address to start doing business on TC eConnects effective Gas Day October 1, 2025.

To launch TC eConnects, simply select the Logon dropdown at the top of the screen then click "Launch TC eConnects"
System Access Requirements
In anticipation of the system transition, a new Electronic Contracting Agreement ("ECA") for use of the Customer Activities Website is required. If a new ECA has not already been completed, please contact USEBBSecurity@tcenergy.com.
First-Time TC eConnects Users
As part of our ongoing commitment to system reliability and security, ANR customers who are new to the TC eConnects platform must update their firewall settings to ensure uninterrupted system access. As part of this change the IP address for all applications on the new TC Energy tenant has changed. Please add the following IP addresses to your allowlist:
For Inbound:
159.60.128.255
For outbound:
35.155.206.14
44.246.65.167
52.32.164.193
Please ensure that you, and your customers, allowlist this new IP address and keep the old address ranges in the allowlist until the change has been fully completed.
Transition Period Notice
Given TC eConnects' October 1st implementation date for all business transactions, there will be a brief overlapping period during which you will continue using Customer Activities (CA)/GEMS to complete September business and Prior Period Adjustments. Invoices for production periods prior to October 1, 2025 will be issued through the ANR GEMS application. Invoicing for October 1, 2025 production forward will be generated by TC eConnects. The key determining factor for which system generates your invoice is the production date, not the invoice date. Any production period activity before October 1, 2025 will result in a GEMS invoice, regardless of when that invoice is actually issued. During the overlapping period, you will need to check both applications for invoices.
Capacity Release
Any release of capacity for production month October 2025 or later entered in GEMS will not be processed. The offer can be entered in TC eConnects starting September 22, 2025.
Notification Preferences Set up
Customers will need to set up their notification preferences in the new TC eConnects to receive any type of notice. You can navigate from the Main Menu to User Profile/Profile and select Primary Email (under Profile Type).
