Upcoming Firewall Change for ANR GEMS
To enhance the reliability and security of our systems, ANR GEMS will implement a firewall change in April 2025. This change will require our customers to update their firewall configurations to prevent potential access disruptions to GEMS.
Important Guidelines:
Customers should allowlist the new IP address provided below
Maintain the existing address ranges until the change is fully completed
Target completion date: End of April 2025
New Firewall IP Address: 159.60.128.255
For customers interested in participating in application testing, we recommend adding the new firewall address as soon as possible.
Additional detailed information about the firewall deployment will be shared in early April 2025.
