UPDATE to the Joliet Area Project Reservation of Capacity Posting (Notice ID 11026), posted on November 30, 2022 for the Joliet Area Project (the "Project").
The Project is being designed to modify and/or upgrade certain compressor station and other appurtenant facilities, located within ANR's ML-7 zone. The Project will provide firm capacity for the transportation of natural gas volumes from ANR Storage to ANR's Joliet Hub market area. The anticipated in-service date of the Project is November 1, 2025.
Pursuant to Section 6.3.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, as amended from time to time ("Tariff"), ANR Pipeline Company ("ANR") is hereby providing this update to notify customers that it has elected to modify the amount of capacity reserved for use in the Project ("Reserved Capacity"). .
Accordingly, ANR is updating its transportation capacity reservation for the Project as more fully described below for the following locations and segments:

The Reserved Capacity and scope of the Project may change based upon the results of the project open season and any resulting negotiations with potential shippers. As of the date of this posting, none of the Reserved Capacity has been sold on a limited-term (interim) basis that would otherwise be eligible for a right of first refusal.
Subject to its availability, ANR will be making the Reserved Capacity available for sale on a limited term basis starting from the date of this posting to the in-service date of the Project. As required by Section 6.3.3 of its Tariff, ANR shall make reasonable efforts to update this reservation posting if any of the Reserved Capacity is sold on a limited-term basis that would otherwise be eligible for a right of first refusal or if there are any material changes in the scope of the Project. ANR anticipates commencing an open season for the Project by the 1st quarter 2023.
