UPDATE to the Reservation of Capacity Posting (Notice ID 10939) for the Alberta XPress Project (the "Project").

Pursuant to Section 6.3 of the General Terms & Conditions ("GTC") of ANR Pipeline Company's ("ANR") FERC Gas Tariff, as amended ("Tariff"), ANR is hereby providing this update to notify customers that, due to permit approval delays, the Project's full in-service date is being delayed from November 1, 2022, and is currently anticipated to occur between December 31, 2022, and January 13, 2023. Once additional information is available, ANR will provide customers with updates regarding the Project's full In-Service date, as appropriate.

For your convenience, the relevant Project and capacity reservation details are found below.

ALBERTA XPRESS RESERVATION OF CAPACITY POSTING
Pursuant to Section 6.3.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, ANR Pipeline Company ("ANR") gives notice that Unsubscribed Capacity, as more fully described below, will be reserved for use in a future expansion of ANR's system. The Alberta XPress project (the "Project") is being proposed to increase ANR's firm system capacity by up to 165,000 Dth per day from ANR's interconnection with the Great Lakes Gas Transmission interstate pipeline system ("GLGT") to ANR's Southeast Area, with ANR offering firm transportation service from mutually agreeable receipt points on its system, including as far upstream as Emerson, MN (at the existing interconnection between TransCanada Pipeline's Mainline and GLGT), which is to be made available via a lease of capacity on GLGT's system, with delivery to mutually agreeable delivery points on ANR's Southeast Mainline and Southeast Supply Area. The estimated Project in-service date is between December 31, 2022, and January 13, 2023. ANR conducted an initial open season between January 6, 2020 and January 17, 2020, and subsequently conducted a supplemental open season between February 22, 2021 and March 24, 2021. On June 22, 2020, ANR filed an application with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission requesting certificate approval for the Project (Docket CP20-484-000), and the Commission issued the certificate on April 21, 2022.

Through this posting, ANR is reserving up to 169,690 Dth/day of transportation capacity for the Project as more fully described below for the following segments:

ANR will continue to update this posting in the event further interim sales occur.

Subject to its availability, ANR will be making this capacity available for sale on a limited term basis starting from the date of reservation to the in-service date of the Project.

This reservation of capacity posting supersedes the reservation of capacity posting that was made on August 16, 2019 for the Emerson to Gulf Coast Expansion (Gulf Coast Project) (Notice ID 9360).
