Southeast Mainline - Evangeline & Eunice Southbound Capacity Restriction (New: March 20, 2023)
New: ANR will be conducting planned maintenance at its Eunice compressor stations along the SEML (Zone 2). As a result, capacity will be reduced as follows:
Evangeline Southbound (LOC #505591)
213-MMcf/d (leaving 1,110-MMcf/d) for 4/4
Eunice Southbound (LOC #226640)
178-MMcf/d (leaving 900-MMcf/d) for 4/4
The estimated impact to Firm Primary is as follows:
Evangeline Southbound (LOC #505591) for 4/4
1% - Based on the Current Net Shipper Nominations
13% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQ
Eunice Southbound (LOC #226640) for 4/4
0% - Based on the Current Net Shipper Nominations
16% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQ
Based on current nominations, it is anticipated that this posting may result in the capacity allocation reduction of IT, Firm Secondary and possibly a portion of Firm Primary volumes. Since ANR anticipates that this restriction may impact its ability to deliver all nominated Firm Primary services, ANR will apply the Reservation Charge Crediting Mechanism of Section 6.36.4 as necessary.
