ANR Pipeline Company Notice of Force Majeure (Update 6/14/2021)
This is to notify all contracted parties of ANR Pipeline Company ("ANR") that pursuant to Section 6.7 of ANR's FERC Gas Tariff, ANR is continuing its declared Force Majeure event in effect for natural gas transactions in its Southeast Area (Zone 1) resulting from the need for unexpected and uncontrollable pipeline repairs. The Reservation Charge Crediting Mechanism of Section 6.36.2 shall apply to this outage.
ANR's Force Majeure declaration will restrict capacity as follows:
WEEKS ISLA/LIG PL (LOC #233620)
Firm Primary Only for 6/14, ID1 - 6/30
ST. MARTINVILLE E TO LRC (LOC # 218192)
Firm Primary Only for 6/14 - 6/30
ST LANDRY/FL INT (LOC #322625)
Firm Primary Only for 6/14 - 6/30
Since the last posting, ANR has increased the available capacity at WEEKS ISLA/LIG PL (LOC #233620) location to Firm Primary Only (from 0-MMcf/d).
Based on current nominations, it is anticipated that this posting will result in the capacity allocation reduction of IT, Firm Secondary, and potentially a portion of the Firm Primary volumes. This posting will be updated as more information becomes available.
